Board of Directors
The Cooperative has a Board of Directors consisting of seven members. The director must be a
member and be elected by members in their respective districts. There is one director per
district elected for a three-year term. Elections take place at the Cooperative's Annual
Meeting. The elections are staggered in a 2-3-2 fashion, wherein two districts elect directors
the "first" year, three districts the next year, and two the next. The "cycle" is then started
over again. The directors hold monthly meetings.
